Happy Birthday, Bilan!
Bilan Thompson popularly known as 'Black Diamond' is an exceptionally gifted Poet and Creative par excellence that has several thousands of fans worldwide.  She has also been regularly featured in the Poet's Digest and is the Co-Chair of the Collab Tour.  On behalf of the entire team members and editorial board of the PD, we wish you a very happy birthday.   Bilan typically has a few gems to share with us on her special day.
"40+2 equals all the years I made it through. Like the lotus flower represents new, a brand new motion is in front view. There comes a point when you must shed the cocoon and strut your fly. Grabbing hold. My time to fly. Yesterday is over. Now I ‘m front in line. Renewed purpose. A brand new hope. Inflection point has woke. Evoked. Change all around. A new sense of self I have found. Butterflying potential. Fresh air escalating on my wings. Determination stepping on the scene. What is this wonderful thrill that I feel? It’s me swallowing purpose as a pill. Excellence directing my feet as a guide. Brilliance I can’t no longer hide. Like a model, I fashion my dreams. Ripping the runway with poetic steam. New creative drips, of course. No crash hors d’oeuvres. Bringing out the main course.
Now let me encourage you with these gloss filled lips. Break all norms and be genius. It’s your time. Do you hear me? Go get it. Don’t allow nothing to stop your mission. You gotta gain momentum and tunnel vision. Ignore the crowd laughing and rolling their eyes. Throwing around insulting hatred pies. The sky has no limits. Give your mind a climb. Excel. Be great. Flutter, flute, and fly. Let greatness be your fabric of design."
